Shaky hands. Blurry thoughts. Unstable mind. I know turning to what I do when I'm struggling is bad. But I can't help it. We share the same 'easily addicted' gene.

"It doesn't smell nice!",
"Your going to get cancer",
"Please quit"
Those where the words I used to tell my dad,
Every time he took a puff from his addicted drugged-up self,
I telling the truth.
I didn't like it,
Watching him, destroying himself.
But now I sit alone in my room convincing myself the pale cloud I blow out from my body are 'pretty'. But deep down I know they're not.
