Laughter

Originating as a story I wrote in my notebook for fun, Laughter is a short piece of exaggerated satire themed around cynicism and flippancy, depicting an misanthropic man watching as the world burns away.

Ironically enough, the story turned out rather half baked and the moral perhaps too blatant for my liking, but any more reworking and I'd probably destroy the thing.
