Silent Frequency is a "Decision Book" about two brothers, Jackson & 'Steph, growing up in New York City's East Harlem neighborhood. While 'Steph can only let out his feelings by building beats, Jackson is busy every day trying to somehow keep him and his brother afloat.
This is not a story about boys from the ghetto who want to become rich.
But one where a boy does whatever it takes to protect his brother from the outside world.
