Sophomore Delilah Pond is in for a trip when her parents finally succeed in raising enough money for a family trip to New York over the summer. Pond obviously does not want to leave Seattle and her friends during the summer of her sophomore year. She had to have as much fun as possible before her hardest year of high school fell upon her, but she isn't aware of the adventures she will encounter in the Sleepless City. Delilah will encounter emotions and troubles she had never even thought of. She may even find her first love. What will happen to the Delilah Pond that everyone in Seattle knows and loves?
