A young boy by the name of Robin Moore is awoken by a knock at the door in the middle of the night. A stranger keeps pounding on the door, in the darkest of night, asking only one short question.
"May I come inside, away from the bitter cold?"
Again, a short story I wrote for school but felt proud enough to post here. I will be updating via on what I have finished during school because I hate classwork and enjoy this more.

The doorbell rang, pulling me from my trance. I strolled through the living to the front door, still holding the mug of coffee in my hands. I peeped through the peephole and saw a young boy standing innocently outside. He seemed to be somewhat six years old and so I didn't hesitate in opening the door since the weather was gradually getting colder these days. I was already expecting snow. He was shivering from his head to his toes and looked at me with wide piercing blue eyes. "Who's at the door?" I heard Maddie's voice nearing as she came closer to me. Who was at the door? A teenage boy is listening to his music early one morning and sitting by his window. As he enjoys the scenery, he witnesses something quite disturbing happening just a few feet into the woods across from his house. He sees a figure clad in black, knock a woman across the head repeatedly before dragging her into the woods. Many moments later, he comes out of the woods.....alone. The person looks around and then, for some unknown reason they look up at the window where the boy resides. The boy backs up, he was sure to be seen. The person takes off.. What will the boy do? Just a dream (I can feel you staring at me)
He still remembers it. The sound of bones breaking. The ringing. The voices. Their voices. His voice. But it shouldn't be possible. He sat in his bed, the darkness of the night making it hard to see at first. Sweat on his face- no whole body made it seem like just a bad dream. It was just that, wasn't it? Just a bad dream. But why was he feeling like he was being watched? Someones, or somethings eyes on his neck. Just waiting for a moment of weakness. Waiting for Finney to let his guard down, just to snap it. Something that only worsens it though, is that the other boys, which he had dreamed about, seem weird, strangely different than before. Or, Finney wakes up in the past with memories of the basement, but is telling himself it was nothing but a bad dream. But, of course, it is not. Because what kind of person am I to just let him and the other grave-boys just forget? Fair warning for this fic, English isn't my first language, so mistakes can/will happen.
