Hidden Identity - Who am I?

It is springtime in London and the parks are covered with different kinds of colourful flowers. The snow already has melted away and the time of long dark nights and icy winds is over. People enjoy going outside, so does 16-year-old Ruta. She loves being with her friends, does a lot of shopping and is interested in everthing modern. Who cares still about traditions, rules and church? For her an absolute no go! Those persons like Natalya from her class are definetely old-fashioned! But one day her life changes dramatically when a phone call reveals that Ruta was adopted as a newborn child and she actually comes from Lithuania. Desperately she runs away already on the way to her homecountry and experiences her most exciting adventure there. Now she is torn between two identities: is Ruta rather British or Lithuanian?
