Lucy left for 4 years. Canissa hasn't grown much (She's 1,304 years old). Canissa became best friends with Wendy and became S-class.
On the day of Canissa's 1,305th birthday, Lucy comes back, half dead. Porluchka checked Lucy and found out that she had encountered a deadly poison given to her by none other than evil Zeref, but knowing that Lucy trained with the poison dragon before, it was no big deal.
