This story takes place after the events of Devil may cry 5 though not canon to the story more like a made up one haha. 

after Vergil, a son a sparda, defeated the enemies that once stand before him with his brother, Dante, Vergil said his farewell to his brother, hoping for another chance to battle against him once again. Unknowingly, after opening a portal with the Yamato, he gets sent to a whole new different world filled of humanoid animals. will Vergil prevail in this world he step in? Or will he find a new type of motivation?
