Izuku from the young age of 5, has been bullied, abused and forgotten. Izuku, whose over being left behind and abused, left with no trace left behind and his parents don't report him as missing because, well, because who'd want "a quirkless brat" as his parents would put it.
Mitsuki, Bakugo Katsuki's mom, on the other hand had frantically began to look for Izuku as soon as Katsuki unrealizingly said something about Izuku not coming to school for 2 weeks

As Izuku is traveling, he comes upon a.. hero? Villain? He's not quite sure as he's only a little kid right now

Where there is a secret there is always drama! Izuku Midoriya was a heroes child and he knew it. Not only that but his mother never wanted him. What a cliche that is, however not only was there this problem but there was another one. There was this itsy bitsy problem. He got arrested and hi father picked him up only to bring him home.... Well homes was quite a word for the situation the poor hero had to handle only because he was keeping one too many secrets. Sassy little Gremlin
When there is no one except a certain bully as a father, life couldn't be any better for Izuku. He was still a child and lost his brother, and all the rest of his family. Not only that but the poor gremlin was actually quirkless too! Well that didn't stop him from being the child he is and give the bully that was now taking care of him a bit of his own medicin.
