In times of famine and disease, he does not intervene, for a mortal problem is one which a god concerns not himself. But when an ocean demon rises from the sea and a mountain dragon shakes the earth, Morax will not sit and watch.
Thus, the unmoving finally moves. But before he sets out, he spoke these words: "This is an age of gods and monsters. I wish not for dominion but I cannot watch the common folk suffer. I will have order!"
There is war yet to be won, and amidst chaos and destruction, the first contract in Liyue shall be set in stone:
To cleanse the land and defend our safe harbor.
