Dragon City police detective Zhao Yunlan's world turns upside down when he finds himself simultaneously attracted to two equally enigmatic, but very different, men.

Reserved and intensely private Professor Shen Wei, an expert in criminal psychology, joins Zhao Yunlan's team to fill the much-needed role of behavioural science adviser, and as soon as the two meet, it's clear that there is a spark between them.  But the detective's mind is already preoccupied with thoughts about the charismatic and energetic vigilante known as Black Robe, who is stalking the streets at night, taking down criminals before the police can arrive at the scene.

As his interactions with the two men increase in frequency and intensity, Zhao Yunlan struggles to deal with his conflicting emotions, until one stunning revelation changes everything.

Hello this is my first Attempt to write a story, I hope it will be a good one and worth it to read. My most loved characters are of course of Guardian by priest who is the real owner. The story is about love that emerges after hatred. Shen Wei is married to Zhao's mom and is going to inherit all of her fortune if her son doesn't show up to save it all from him. What will happen between the two after they meet. Shen Wei has a strong and sarcastic character from the outside he is smart and fierce, they call him the devil but deep inside is a lonely kid craving for love and attention. Zhao Yunlan is wise and kind but becomes scary when it comes to his mom and his family. the fight and conflicts between them will grow but they will come to love each other dear, the events will slowly develop in the so coming chapters. wish me luck with my first story.😍😍🤗🤗

Dragon city University was one of the best Schools out there. But with a secret. Shen Wei started there with a mission and revenge on his mind. He also had a big secret. Zhao Yunlan was a loner, stayed away from everyone, him also had a big secret. With their eyes locked into each other by accident, Zhao knew things were about to change, but wasn't sure if it was a good thing or a bad thing. This is my first story on wattpad, I just fell so in love with the Guardian drama and Novel. So I am borrowing the characters from there. But the story is mine which I started on years ago on a different site, but never finished it but want to rewrite it as a Weilan story. English is not my native language so sorry for grammar mistake and such. BOOK 2. Zhao Yunlan is a successful detective and has been blind from birth, and is attacked on his way home from a night out but someone steps in and saves him and runs off. Shen Wei is a university lecturer in Architectural Technology and lives with an android he designed as his personal assistant and care taker. He has nightmares almost every night since childhood about his past lives which include Yunlan and he finally gets to meet him and find out that the dreams are real. Some of the events in the dreams are related to parts of 'Love Never Dies' and are seen from different viewpoints. There is, romance, mystery, humour, tears, kidnapping and fun.

BOOK 10. There are two tales at the beginning. Zhao Yunlan is searching for a lost artefact while Black Robe is searching for the same thing in a different world. One story is partly an illusion, while the other is very real and when they merge, life changes for both of them. As the story continues, it follows Yunlan's life as a negotiator for the police, and Shen Wei as a tutor and new host for Black Robe. They suffer pain, have injuries, experience love, and learn what it's like to live in the shadow of Black Robe.
