the protagonist, valtine verall learns everything she needs to know about life as a homeless, "commoner" at the age of 10 in the early 1900s of "delphic", a fictional world where everything is prejudiced and unfair, yet advanced and technical. after having more experience in the life of crime, earning accomplishments and trust issues, valtine is adopted by a crime leader. Similar to her old mentor and lover lucy, aiden is talented and knowledgeable.

This story is entirely fictional, and it's sort of an AU to my other story known as 'Say Hello: Daddy Yohan's Kingdom'.
This book isn't about making society great and equal with effort, the characters are well beyond fantasies.
"Outlaw" is about using Society's prejudices against them, criminal life, communism, realism, Marxism, liberalism, classism, socialism and many more.
