He glances over and- oh.

The shop-keep really hadn't done this kid justice, because his hair wasn't just blond, it was practically golden. A color he'd liken to the sun, bright enough to blind and something he associated with his sounder, his home, his family. He was definitely still a fledgling, wings still small even when sprawled against the concrete and covered in a dimmed white-grey of down that was dirty with the grime of the city. The kid's resemblance to Phil doesn't escape him, especially when he opens his eyes slightly and a bright blue gaze meets his.

"Owwwww," golden-boy whines, shifting upwards as he rubs the back of his head with a small, clawed hand, "that fuckin' hurt!" His look turns into a glare as he adds, "Bitch."

Techno had to hold back a surprised snort as he replied, "Heh?! You ran into me?!"

He eventually makes it to a city. Large buildings are fallen over and the ones still standing have busted out windows and/or have smoke and fire coming from them. He can hear distant screams and yells and gunshots. There are people passing him that are strange. They're badly injured and walk slightly hunched over. Some are missing limbs, and some are missing and eye, or both. They don't even appear to be alive to the boy. They look his way but don't mind him. Tommy is confused and scared. He can slightly remember this place to be his once home, and it makes him upset that's it's gone to such shit, and scared by everyone's screams and the fires and the fighting, and mostly, the fact that some people are eating each other. He agrees to find his brother, letting the kid stay at his office while he begins the hunt, scouring the internet, looking for any signs of the boy's disappearance. The clues lead him to a reclusive casino owner with a "devil-may-care" attitude. But something is off. It's just too neat when all fingers point to him. However, Wilbur can't help but question his motives as he finds himself drawn to the casino owner in ways he's never felt before. Tommy, better known as Theseus in the community, is a vigilante who's only goal is to help get rid of crime in his city. Tommy is known in the media for having flexibility and fast movements, similar to a raccoons. His makeshift suit has raccoon ears on the hood, a black mask that goes over his eyes to resemble a raccoon, and a fluffy tail. Sure, a tail is kind of stupid considering someone could grab in to keep him from running, but it adds to his brand. And he's fast, so it doesn't matter. His weapons? A knife, and discs. No, not actual discs. These discs are sort of like Chinese throwing stars, or whatever they're called. They deal damage, and that's what matters. The heroes; Blade, Angel of Death, and Ghost; are always seeking to catch Tommy and arrest him. Tommy is just trying to help the city. He doesn't know why the heroes want him arrested. When Tommy's landlord of the apartment complex he lives in finds out that Tommy isn't actually 18, and is really 15, he calls CPS and gets Tommy taken to a foster home. Tommy can't fight crime from a foster home without the new family finding out, or can he? But what happens when Tommy finds out that his new family is actually the heroes that seek to arrest him day after day? Phil watched his assistant turn and walk around the corner, in the corner of Phil's eye he swore he saw a bruise hidden mostly by the gloves Tommy started wearing after accidentally walking into eret who ended up spilling coffee on Tommy who had seemed more concerned about the shirt then the burns he was getting. Phil didn't have a clue on what could be going on, all he knew was his assistant was getting hurt and he had no idea how to fix it. Phil just hoped Tommy will tell him what was wrong soon, he hated seeing his flock members hurt, especially the fledgling.
