Her emotions were not only trapped, but her body as-well. Hidden in a tower in her family's castle, all she has known is loneliness. Forced to only envision what was pass the walls through her imagination, books and the ornate window in the center of her bedroom.

Through the thin piece of glass, she discovered her desire to for combat. Secretly observing the knights outside her confines and falling in love with the craft.

Never filling the mold in which her mother wanted from her as a delicate maiden, she hides herself away from even the occasional maid that she sees. Preventing even more disappointment from her mother, she becomes know as the mute mistress by the staff and stuffs away all thoughts of escaping.
Only allowing herself a reprieve from life by honing her skills and senses.
