Izuku yagi was born with the quirk to copy anyone's quirk just by looking at them and upgrading them. The doctor lied and said he was quirkless from that day forward he was neglected and bullying by class 1a and 1b but one day he left what would happened if he appeared at the USJ attack but is different.
