15-year old Jacqueline Beck wakes up on a couch in an apartment in Queens, New York, instead of waking up in her bed in Riverside, California. Her saviors, Ben and May Parker, alongside their nephew, Peter, take her in as their new houseguest. In the meantime, Jackie tries to hide her "spider powers", while also learning from them. She ponders several questions regarding what her powers are, why Spider-Man doesn't exist in this world (even though she's seen him before), and many others. During this adventurous series, readers see how Jackie's presence changes the course of Peter's life forever. Facing villains, comforting during hard times, and creating the FOS.
