He is a really close friend to the LOV, but no one knows that, and it is meant to be kept a secret. His quirks come from his parents he doesn't know. On the other hand, Riza aspires to be stronger than her brother. She can only push herself so far before it hurts her. She is stuck on deciding to be a hero or vigilante. Will she choose to be controlled, or will she break the chains?
