Clay was not one for the Spotlight, unless we were talking about the lime light of stage of course. Other then that though, he would have much preferred a Quiet life, Near the beaches of florida with his small Group of friends. Nothing Catchy, nothing Cliché, just something simple to finish off his last year of highschool. Right? Wrong, he found him self re living a teenage version of his favorite musical when His mom got a job offer across the ocean. London England was not on his list of preferred country's, but walking in on his first day... "maybe this year won't be so bad after all" that was his first mistake!

Probably discontinued :( I'm not good at descriptions so I hope this is ok😭 George was the new British kid, he arrived at Rosehill high school in grade 12 at the age of 18. Since George had lost his sister at 13, his life had went more downhill from what it already was. George hasn't had an easy life after being diagnosed with autism. Going to a public school as an autistic, highly intelligent boy, he clearly notices the differences between his classmates and himself, giving him a lot of insecurity and shame about his own behaviour. As his escape, he goes to a bakery for hours a day to calm his mind, but things change when a new boy who moved is hired. Unexpectedly, and for the first time, George decides to open himself up to the new boy, Clay, while at the same time, Clay slowly starts falling for his new best friend, George. Mostly fluff with some angst every now and then! ⚠️ I wrote this book from my own experience and my own mindset, as someone with diagnosed autism, highly intelligent and ADHD. Warning, the story starts of a little rough because I wasn't as experienced in my writing as I am now. Toxic ex's, bully's, mental illness, and dealing with your emotions and other people's judgment, is enough to ruin your high school years and get you worrying about the future at such a young age. Clay is one of the bully's that physically and mentally beat George up. He had been bullying him for years it was the same, it had always been. Figuring out who you are, finding out what you like, who you like, finding real friends and being someone's main supporter is some of the things Clay delt with after starting to see George differently, but he did it willingly. He even willingly changed himself. He did all of this for the person he never in a million years thought he would fall for, but God they were the person he fell for the hardest.
