Rupert Prowley, an ex member of the G.P.F was set on a task to learn about all the war crimes committed by an intergalactic group called the Galaxy Crusaders. Whilst debuting his mission, he got framed for an offence he didn't commit, he was then chased off by the same group. Whilst in hiding, he ends up meeting a group of misfits who end up being more powerful than Rupert thought.
