There is a legend and a prophecy that everyone knows about. The decedent of the best hero of all time, the Dragon King is out there dormant. It is said that the Dragon King was actually one of the last dragons in the world. Everyone knows the decedent has dragon blood and is a dragon, but no one has been found for many generations. Even if the child does not know about this power yet. 

The current number one hero All Might is determent to find this child before The  League of Villains does. But it turns out to be more difficult than he thought. No leads and no information, only the legend and how it's told, but it's told differently every time it's told.  How will he find the child?

Hizami Chiaki is a girl who has been through a lot during her life. Which she doesn't talk about to anyone. She has no friends and family who are humans, at least that's what she thinks.
But fate has other plans for her.
