Set after Lost/Unwound Future. Roughly 7 years have passed since Layton separated from his loved one, Claire. The Professor has mysteriously disappeared without a trace. There have been reports of someone looking like him in London but is too fast to catch.
"Professor Layton and the Conspicuous Organisation" explores the life of Layton's apprentice, Luke Triton and the Professor's protegee, Flora Reinhold. Also features returning characters such as Emmy Altava, Don Paolo, Dimitri Allen, Clive and even Bronev.
Luke and Flora return to normality in London though Flora is still getting used to life there. After an explosion occurs nearby, Luke notices someone who looks oddly enough like Professor Layton himself. But when an old threat rises, threatening the peace of innocent people, and a new antagonist leads them, planning to destroy all of London, will Luke be able to team up with Flora to solve mysteries and find the Professor?
Though, it seems Luke may need some additional hands to help solve the mysteries. What happens when old rivals and some old friends emerge from the shadows? Will they help him? Or will they too be a threat to society? Can Luke and the rest of the mystery solving team stop the new threat rising? Or is it just a distraction for something more dangerous to come?
WARNING: This contains MAJOR spoilers for Curious Village, Pandora's Box, Lost Future and Azran Legacy and may contain some Minor spoilers related to Spectre's Call and Miracle Mask. If you haven't played or seen them, then I highly recommend you do before reading any further.

Two friends since 8th grade, now in the same college lecture. Where they read of the great tale of "Sherlock Holms" The story which is believed to be fake. No historical records of these so called real figures were kept. Nothing of them, not a speck. Many, no, almost everyone believed it to be fake. Yet, lo and behold, our protagonists, mysteriously winding up in the past, the year of 1879. Gets to find out that these so called fictional characters are very much real. Through the eyes of modern day men. Being able to see for themselves, the story of Sherlock Holms. Victor, who ends up as a "high class" noble, and Elias, who finds himself working with a certain government employee. Will these two, separated by a strange phenomenon meet again?
