It's amazing how much can change in one short year. Kaia evens is your typical high school girl. But there are plenty of distractions along with it. For Jade, education isn't the most important, she thinks it's friendship. With all the drama that she goes through, sometimes it gets too much. Fights, romance, rebelling and more - through year ten she seeks help from her best friend, but will it get too complicated with the one word everyone wants in their life? Love. Life is full of surprises! Especially in high school, where love can come from unexpected places... This is my story (well, part of it, anyway). It's a story about growing up in a small town, about the friends I made and the friends I lost, and the events (both legal and illegal) that shaped me into the person I am today. This is a true story; naturally, some parts have been embellished, had names altered to protect the "innocent," and some incidents have otherwise been fabricated entirely. Also, I confess that I may have misremembered some of it.
