Danny has lost his friends and family and has recently escaped the GIW. Using the ghost zone he travels far away into another dimension. He immediately and 'literally' runs into Izuku who has just been rejected by All Might and decided to take Kachan's advice.

Danny decides to use his ghost powers to give Izuku a 'quirk' so that he can finally achieve his dreams of being a hero. Even of they have to fight the whole world to get there.
