Just before a Japanese student returned to Japan after finishing his study abroad, he was driving along the highway in Oregon, planning to take a solo trip as a last memory.
Just as he was about to drive north to Canada, he happened to stop at a rest stop and found a hiking trail leading to a cape.
At the cape, he meets an American girl, but due to a mistake he made there, something happens and he ends up traveling with her to Oregon.
They visit movie locations and magnificent nature, and realize many things through the engraved history of Japan and America and various everyday episodes in America.
It was supposed to be a fun trip full of Oregon's charms, but the girl was hiding something, and this trip had a mystery attached to it.
