Abella Hope suffers from Social Anxiety Disorder. This makes her very self-conscious and she has a fear of social situations, along with a fear of being closely watched, judged, and criticized by others. Her disorder rules her life, controls everything about her and she would do anything to come out of her shell and overcome the disorder.
Barrett was a nerd up till middle school when his peers began to understand things taught to them by their parents. That was that Barrett's family is weird, his dad is blind, which in their eyes makes him different. Barrett becomes the bad boy to keep people away from him. He also is bad as from all his pain and struggles in his life that he secretly suffers from. Then one day he meets Abella. He rescues her. He is given the chance to change her life, make her strong. With the challenge will love blossom? Will he be able to save her?
This is the second book to "Love is Blind" telling the story of Reece and Payton's son Barrett.
