Bite Me

It started with people getting sick—weird stories on the news about the victims inhabiting animal-like behavior, growling and eating other people.
No one really believed it. Hell, I was sitting on my couch eating a bowl of cereal, joking with my dad at how similar it seemed to those cheesy zombie films we used to watch.
If someone had told me the world would fall apart that day, I would've laughed.
I'm not laughing now.
