Lucy Heart has always loved Marvel and DC heros, but her all -time favorite hero was Green Arrow.
Apparently the spread of a superpower disease isn't helping. Lucy knows that even if there are people with super powers-good or bad- there will never be a Green Arrow. He wouldn't be her age, he wouldn't have enough time to love her with the villains in the way, and he probably wouldn't like her in general.
