Who is Lady Valentine?

In the early 1800's, nobility controlled the companies, and kept the country clean for the Queen of London.
Many families, some strong and some weak, worked as the pawns of Her Majesty.
You may have heard of the Phantomhives, or the Trancys, or any of the others. They were the Guard Dog and the Spider.
But what if there was a name that held authority almost as much as the queen herself?
Valentine.
The family began when the first ruler of England took hold.
In the shadows they lurked, and no one knew.
Working. Taking care of nusiances.

Now, they still hold much control over the underworld, secretly.
Not so much as they, but her.
Lady Valentine.
A young woman, along with a mysterious butler, now holds the reins of Valentine Industries.
Of course, nobody knew what was really happening, right under their noses.
Just who is Lady Valentine?
