Usually, I only need to get out of the classroom for a couple of minutes to calm myself down, but this time is different. I feel like I'm struggling for air, although I am breathing fine. I know that the temperature is supposed to be below fourteen degrees today, but I feel as if I am on fire. Panic rushes through me, more intense than before.
