Oh, and she has no choice. USSR, a cynic planner and injured war veteran, has questions. Torn between his eastern roots and western intelligence, he struggles to fit in, curb his aggression, and deal with personal loss. Instead of notifying the world of the impending grid failure, he builds a vast arsenal nuclear plants to power his land against the rules, and when the grid falls, his lights and machines keep running. When finally his arrest occurs, he finds himself in a unique situation, offered a position in the TROIKA - but if he declines, then a life of darkness behind bars awaits him. The goal of the TROIKA is simple: Be quick, be correct, be ready. It doesn't take long for USSR and America to loathe each other on principle, each with their own goals and ideals, clashing on everything from fashion to economics. Can they push away their pride and save the world, maybe even themselves? Or will their bitterness engulf everyone in thick, oily darkness forever? A single choice will ultimately decide their fate. Fascists Italy has made an improvement on their military techniques and weapons , causing for the invasion of Africa easier and successful . The war has ended . Next , comes the part that everyone hates ; to improve and fix the damages that has happened to their country . Facing the economic crisis and starvation , unemployment and crimes rate . Soviet Union was totally wrecked by third Reich , their military was reduced and replaced by the German's , German's bases was set up and new way of governing was created . Soviet was angered but accepted it in the end , there's nothing he could do . The united states and the great Britain was quiet , the other super power was unable to do anything . Europe has fallen into the grasp of Third Reich , Africa is in Fascist Italy hand and Japan empire controlled the southeast asian countries . They thrived . (Kinda toxic relationships , power couple.
