Israelizah Cruz Lopez or also known as "Iza" got into a terrible accident that caused her to face a very life threatening situation, excessive bleeding. Her life was on the line and they need someone to save her, a blood donor. But her friends and family doesn't have the same blood type as hers nor was anyone in the hospital. The hospital also ran out of extra blood supply and they needed a blood donor right away 'cause every seconds that pass Iza's situation is getting worse and worse.

Luckily a young handsome and mysterious man appeared out of nowhere and heard the commotion and decided to donate his blood that was miraculously the same as Iza's. Iza's life was spared and when she was made known of her savior, he wasn't there anymore and Iza was not the type of woman to keep "utang-na-loob" from someone and she strongly believes that kindness should be repay with kindness. So it was up to her to find her savior.

But what if fate wasn't on her side as secret's starts to unravel? Past mistakes starts to take a dark turn as guilt and shame starts to consume her. This man who saved her life, can she really look at him in the eyes knowing how much of a despicable person she is? Can she really help him knowing she was the reason of his misery? Can she really tell him the truth risking whatever relationship between the two of them have? Can she take the anger? Hatred? And moreover can he look at her the same way as he did before knowing the truth?

Can she really repay his kindness... with kindness?
