Halo: The Awakening

It is 2560, eight years after the fall of Reach. Alot has happened in that time, from the Covenant breaking apart and the UNSC emerging shaken but triumphant out of the long war that nearly saw the extinction of humanity. Cortana is running rampant, and numerous Covenant splinter groups rise and fall. But there is a threat that remains hidden, and if it ever gains what it wants, there will be no one who will be able to hide from its destruction. A hero must rise from the ashes, and once again save the universe. Lines will be crossed, alliances will be shaken. and everything will change.
