Nancy Collins, a twenty-eight year old lady from Boston, Massachussets, travels to Nigeria to visit Ayọ̀mídé Coker who is her boyfriend and the COO of Coker Industries Limited. Their relationship is plagued by many trials and turbulences-she begins to get threats from an unknown person, their cultures and personalities begin to clash too.
However, the last straw for Nancy is discovering a lie told by Ayọ̀mídé. Ultimately, she decides the relationship is not worth all her troubles and she goes back to Boston. Soon after, she realizes she is pregnant and knows this is the biggest mistake of her life.
