20 year old, Avery Miller has spent the last two years raising her three younger siblings on her own. Being a mother figure, going to college part time and working at the local diner can get kinda crazy, except she loves what she does. Performing on stage in front of the town every night is what she lives for and is good at, not to mention it puts bread on the table.

When the 21 year old pop sensation star Aiden James' best friend, and band mate, Alec Montgomery dies in a freak accident, Aiden and his two siblings want to get away from the spotlight. Moving to a small town should do the trick. But what happens when they move next door to Avery, or better yet, when Aiden hears her sing?
