The whole village is decorated beautifully as the only son of the village head is going to marry.

But the groom who sat on the stage infront of the agnikund (fire pit) sat with a blank face.

Next to him sat his bride with a beautiful smile and blush adoring her cheeks . She had been sneaking glances at her groom who sat with void of any expression.

The Iyer (priest) gave him thali(mangalsutra) to tie his bride,but he sat there absent minded .

The groom's mother shook him by his shoulder to bring him back to reality. He turned towards his mother who mouthed him to tie the thali to his bride .

The groom snatched the thali from Iyer's hand tied thali without seeing his bride. Every present in the wedding hall were shocked to see the groom's rudeness, but they knew that he was forced for this marriage.

Next when Iyer gave sindoor (vermilion) to the groom, he snatched from Iyer hand which made few sindoor powder to fall on his dress,

The groom took handful of sindoor and applied on the bride forehead. The bride who had no idea why her groom is behaving rude to her was sitting next to him in shocked manner.

Ofcourse every one hid from the bride that groom was in love with someone else, and that he was forced to marry her.

Just when the Iyer announced the bride and groom are husband and wife the groom stood removed his garland and the knot tied to his thundu and left from there.

Everyone tried to stop him but he just left the place . His new bride stood with tears falling from her eyes
