Hyun-ae lost her parents in a car accident when she was 19. Ever since then, she's been in debt because of college, which she had to drop out of because her grades were terrible, she's been living on the streets and sneaking into motels to sleep. She learned to pickpocket, but she wasn't very good at getting away without being caught. One day, she meets a guy who says she can win a ton of money by playing free games, before handing her a card. Before she knew it, she was in a van on the way to an island where she meets Sae-byeok. ⚠️TW! I wanted to put this in here in case anyone is uncomfortable about it, but there is lots of violence and graphic content, if you want to, you may skip it. But anyone who watched Squid Game hopefully won't mind - I will also try to see if I want to put smut in here, I kinda do, but I have literally no idea how to write it. I DO NOT OWN SQUID GAME OR ANY OF THE CHARACTERS IN IT. THE ONLY CHARACTER I OWN IS HYUN-AE AND HER STORYLINE AND RELATIONSHIP WITH SAE-BYEOK.
