Turns out, Ochaco has hanahaki. And for a very difficult person. She has to confess, or she will never be able to make it through high school.

She's torn; will she have the courage to tell him? Is she going to have to get the surgery and forget him all because of her selfish phobias? Will she free herself anyway at all?

She has to make the decision before it's too late.
