When a man dreams of someday finding proof that the supernatural exists, he ventures out to find any possible signs of paranormal activity. One day, a neighbour of his is kidnapped by a satanic cult who plan to sacrifice her to an unholy beast, with the authorites hands tied on this case he decides to take action into his own hands...but it may cost him dearly. Now that he is back from dead, he must come to terms with his status as a walking corpse in order to protect Hellcroft City from various supernatural threats while making new friends along the way.
