For the booksmart yet naïve 16-year-old Nicky, high school in her quaint little hometown island in the Philippines had always been predictable. Until that senior year. Nicky thought she got things all figured out. She'd be very good at school and be the valedictorian of the single-section class of 2010 of the highly looked-up science high school in their island. And then, she'd get a full scholarship to her dream university. All was fairly well except for a few things like grappling her feelings towards a long-time crush. Just when Nicky thought she could get through high school without too much boy-drama, a somewhat seemingly love life with a boy or two and suddenly, maybe even three was finally catching up with her during the last few months before high school graduation. She had never thought she could be wrong about a person. And that she could always be wrong about boys... ✨✨✨ Sidenote: I wrote this from November 2010 to April 2011, only a year ahead from the time set in the novel. This was fully uploaded on Wattpad in September 2013 for safekeeping. I hadn't gotten back to it in so many years nor find any means and time to promote it. He says planting a kiss on my stomach, going lower each time. I run my free hand through the back of his hair, gently pulling his head back slightly, forcing him to look back up at me. He had a dangerously evil smile on. I knew my cheeks were going red, I pushed him away and rushed towards the the door. "You always do this." I mumble quietly, trying to catch my breath which I lost in the heat of the moment. "Would you be lying to me if you said you didn't like it?" He replied, walking over to me.
