Xiao, a student that just enrolled into Monstadt University, is trying to send a letter back to Qingce Village to update about his well being. Despise having the fear of his letter unable to reach village, he received a letter, an odd one.

Little did he know the letter was sent from an era from a hundred year ago, when Monstadt is still having his civil war and rebels trying to free Monstadt from the Tyrant General - Decarabian.

Not knowing how he sent the letter there, or how he got the letter, an unexpected relationship blooms among the words exchanged between the rebel leader and the university student.
