"You." A voice called out to the room. I laid down, pretending to be asleep. The other side of the couch drooped indicating that someone was sitting beside me.

"Are you..asleep?" I felt a hand touch a strand of my hair, my heart beat faster as I was trying to calm myself down.

"Aren't you, the new maid?" A hand tucked a strand of my hair away. I don't really know if I should laugh HELP

Why did I even agreed to sleep in his COUCH. The man who called out to me and was sitting beside was the 4th 'princess' of Laetitia.

I was reincarnated to a novel I read before dying of my disease. I had to be the maid of the 'princess' before he could kill my family.

In the novel he was an evil tyrant who killed any family connected to the current royal family, including mine.
