The Master and His Ultimate Weapon

Izuku Midoriya other wise known as Deku, is the leader of one of the most feared league of Villains, known as the Villain Squad. But being leader he knew that something was missing, he needed a number 2, someone with a powerful quirk that can help him take out the Hero's once and for all. So he sent 2 of his scouters to observe the young students of U.A High, that's when he was introduced to Ochaco Uraraka.

He took a good liking to her and he never liked to see her upset, unhappy, or hurt, and when he saw that some people where making fun of her, he decided that it was time to save her from it an get her to obey him and join his side, it took him some time before she finally broke and willingly joined him.
