laborers in the world.” India has 43.5 lakh laborers in the age group of 5 to
14 years, according to the 2011 census. This is a very common point of
discussion in the media everywhere, across all platforms, among common people
and the elite, among socialites and politically affluent people. But is
anything or rather much useful happening on this issue really?
