The Magical Pathways occur at the end of High School. Throughout Elementary-High School, students are taught the basic arcana magic. Basic spells for fighting, support, and healing. Ashe, Karma, Azrael, Luke, and Angel have been friends since 4th grade. No problems ever. Until they are given the choice of the Magical Pathways. There's the Elemental Path, giving you access to the elements, making you choose one main element to focus on controlling. The second path is the Forging Path, this path allows you to forge different weapons, choosing a main weapon type to master. One-handed, two-handed, duel wield, ranged, etc. The third and final path is Summoning Path, this path allows you access to summoning your spirit animal. That animal can attack, defend, heal, or support you. Think about it as your fighting puppet. Upon graduation for the 5 teenagers, there seems to be a bit of a conflict.

Okay, so here's how it all began. Basically, teenagers have been vanishing across the country and no one has the foggiest idea what's going on (myself included). But at the end of the day I've got bigger things to worry about, such as the eternal hell that is the last day of high school and my psychopathic chemistry teacher. Although the world appeared to be normal, one day changes occurred. The 'New Generation' was formed. Young children moving toward highschool started developing abilities. These abilities were the same or shared with gods and mythical creatures. For example one had the abilities of Zeus able to produce lightning, and so on. These were called the 'Irregulars', all sent to 'Sacred High', a highschool created specially for them. This however is not a normal school, as there are no adults around to lead anything. It is run by the students, mainly the Student Council, and forms a battle for survival, survival of the fittest. One day, the supervisors on the outside found something different ... An Irregular Among Irregulars, alias IAI. A young boy that was within the New Generation, yet had no abilities whatsoever. After the entry interview, the youth claimed: "I have no religion or beliefs but my own path." Due to this statement, this youth was titled "The Atheist', put on Sacred High between the rampant gods and myth wielders. Striving to aim for higher popularity ranks to ensure their safety, this was literally a battle to survive and become the strongest.
