Still trying to process the major trauma she experienced the past year, Ginger, a 6th year Hogwarts student, finds herself slipping, loosing to the demons that haunt her. Her world is in shambles, mirroring that of the world around her, and guilt presses heavily on her shoulders. She finds it impossible to talk about what happened with anyone. Except the one person who was there- Draco Malfoy. Her once nemesis, now the only one she feels safe around. As they bond over shared trauma, they realize the past is catching up to them, doomed to repeat, doomed to devour everything they carefully built. Hogwarts is not safe, Hogwarts will be gone, if they can't face the past, present, and prepare for the inevitable future.
