"Forgive me for asking but what's your name miss?" "Marinette" She said with her hand extended to the young merman who only gave her a confused look. She responded with a giggle and then said "It's called a hand shake. It's a thing we humans do where we hold hands with another and shake it. Like this." She said while demonstrating what it is "We use it as a greeting or a signal of agreement" "Well then it's nice to meet you Marinette" He said shaking her hand "But I'm afraid that I must go now before a guppy wonders into my cave, Good Bye Princess" He said ending with a bow which merited him another giggle from his princess. "Good bye Chat don't worry we'll see each other again soon I promise" She said while getting her stuff and getting out of the water.
