While Bucky was in Hydra they made him have a kid without his knowledge who they thought was a dead ended project they through her out at age 3. Bucky was saved 8 years later. Meanwhile Director Fury found had 10 year old Alexia hiding in an abandoned building scared. He took her in raising her in secret. A few weeks after her 12th birthday Fury finally figured out that Bucky was her dad. He makes it his mition to see if Bucky remembers Alexia. She is now 13 and Bucky has been free for 3 ish years. When Alexia starts asking Fury about her father he starts thinking that them meeting might be best.
