Meet Madeline May O' Connor, she is just a 12 year old kid living with her neglective abusive foster parents 'The Andersons'. The only kept the girl all because of one thing, money,  you see, the young girl had a gift for acting, she was like a different person all together when she was in front of the camera and so the horrid foster parents took advantage of that and used her to get as much money as they could. The only good thing this girl had in her life was the supergirl set, when she was there, she was safe, she loved seeing everyone there too, they all loved her.

Madeline was a Ray of sunshine, which of course meant a certain someone (Katie) played extra attention to the girl, she noticed something was wrong, the young girl was hiding something, the happy little girl they saw acting in front of the camera, was exactly that, a act, Katie could see through it. What happens when the truth comes to light, who will be there for the girl when nobody else is, when she feels like the whole world is against her and that she is all alone.
