When 15-year old Rex Maximus enlists into the war after the death of his father, he has one goal, and one goal only: To kill the enemy kingdom's queen. He becomes a model soldier, rising through the ranks, and quickly becomes a leader. But when his revenge consumes him and he loses the trust of everyone dear to him, he becomes a loner and decides to end the war himself.
