Yucca has kept her library in shape for years, but when three dragons who are linked to a great demise stumble into her library for answers, she is thrown into the chaos.
Makoshark is over 3,000 years old and has seen some things. When she goes to check on her friend, Yucca the SilkWing, she has unknowingly flown into a prophecy; one of the first she has seen in a long time.
Nightsky has two or three goals; train and get better than all the HiveWings in her training, climb the ranks of the army, and protect Hornet III.
As they get closer to the heart, or the root, of the problem, Makoshark has to settle an old score with an old friend, Yucca has to fight for her friends and loved ones, and Nightsky is figuring out what is wrong or off about her.

What if the dragonet inside it actually survived? What if the SkyWing was hidden in a deep pit with only a sick IceWing guardian to take care of? After ten years, when the war of the SandWing Succession has finally come to a glorious ending and the Eye of Onyx has crowned Thorn as their new SandWing queen, Soaren, the surviving SkyWing, has been having trouble living in the pit for ten years all his life. He wanted to see the world. He wanted the sun to finally touch his scales. He wanted to spread his wings freely. His very, very large wings. When his IceWing guardian was about to die of SandWing venom, Soaren was determined to save him by travelling to the Rainforest, where he heard he could retrieve the cure for the venom. It would have been easier than going to the Sand Kingdom. But as Soaren flies through his journey, he meets a peculiar dragon as he passes the Sea Kingdom and some interesting dragons while he stays in the Rainforest. However, a strange occurrence happened at Jade Mountain. He and a few friends try to solve the mystery, gathering up all the clues while the SkyWing wonders if he should go back to his guardian. Soaren had hid his true identity as the 'lost' SkyWing, but he needs to eventually open up. With the NightWings in the Rainforest, more mind readers will be born and they'll find out who he is. But worst of all, he'll have to face something far more terrible than anyone could have imagined... Things are going great on Pyrrhia, the founders of Jade Mountain have gave chances for younger dragonets to enroll in their now few years old school. Things seem great, until a battalion of HiveWing soldiers invade Pyrrhia and threatens their safety as Queen Wasp demands ruling rights over Pyrrhia. Toucan is a young RainWing with anger issues, and he takes this as a perfect opportunity to try and manage his disorder and make new friends. Dusky never wanted to go to school, he wanted to be in close proximity with his adoptive mother; Luna, after his own mother died in an unfortunate accident. He is scared of what might happen next if he ever sets talon in a new place he has no experience in, and he questions his own safety as a swarm of HiveWing soldiers invade Pyrrhia. Bumblebee was always ecstatic about school, she was always looking forward on making new friends, but after hearing an ominous prophecy from Fate Claws she starts to realize her life was at stake. Fate Claws was a normal NightWing with nothing more special than having the powers of foretelling to future, and prophecy powers. She was born under a blue moon, and she never really thought much of it until she starts seeing weird dragons that her other clawmates can't see. One of the dragons might be the one that seals their fate. Tiger realizes he was dead, and there was nothing left for him to accomplish. He had betrayed Wasp after all. But it was for a good purpose, was it? Now, he wanders the continents knowing that no one would be able to see, or hear him - then he stumbles upon a very NightWing dragonet who might be the only one who could ever see him.

The Rainforest Kingdom was being torn apart by its residents. The RainWing's and NightWing's. Queen Dandelion and King Palmtree are doing nothing to calm down their tribe, so, someone else has to. Lavender is an seven year old dragonet who belongs to both tribes. She's a hybrid, born from her RainWing mother and NightWing father. Her life is wonderful, at least in her family and small village close to the edge of the Rainforest. But, she's starting to notice the change within everyone, as if they know something is coming, something bad. Lavender wants to keep her kingdom safe, just like all dragons do, but she also wants to keep everyone connected and stop them from being torn apart. Will she be able to fix the ties that brought the RainWing's and NightWing's together?
